Lindenwood University sophomore quarterback Cade Brister and Missouri S&T senior defensive end Tershawn Wharton and senior kicker Ben Styron have earned Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week honors in football, it was announced by the league office Monday.

• Completed school-record 38 of 59 pass attempts for a school-record 541 yards
• Threw three touchdown passes (13, 53, 21 yards) to three different receivers
• Helped three receivers boast more than 100 yards each in the game
• Netted 13 rushing yards on the ground to total school-record 554 total yards
• Recorded a 3-yard rushing touchdown as time expired in the first half
• Guided Lions to 602 yards of total offense
• Earns second career Offensive Player of the Week award (10/7/19)
