INDIANAPOLIS – Truman State University senior guard Brodric Thomas has repeated as the Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week in men’s basketball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

Team Result: W, 78-72 vs. Newman (Kan.); W, 62-60 at Washburn
  • Averaged 30.5 points on 22-of-39 shooting (.564), as well as 7.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game in two roads wins at the Washburn Thanksgiving tournament
  • Scored a season-high 32 points on 11-of-17 from the field (.647), with seven rebounds, six assists and two blocked shots against Newman
  • Backed up that performance with 29 points on 11-of-22 shooting (.500), seven rebounds and one steal at Washburn
  • Played 75 out of the possible 80 minutes
  • Earns second-straight and second career Player of the Week award
