INDIANAPOLIS – University of Missouri-St. Louis senior forward Jalen Wilkins-McCoy has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week in men’s basketball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

Team Result: W, 93-69 vs. Lindenwood; W, 92-48 vs. Missouri Baptist
  • Led Tritons to a 2-0 record, including a GLVC-opening win over Lindenwood, with 19.5 points on 16-of-21 shooting (.762), with 6.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game
  • Posted career-high 22 points on 8-of-10 shooting (.800) in GLVC opener against the Lions, along with nine rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block
  • Followed with a 17-point effort on 8-of-11 shooting (.727) with four boards in just 20 minutes against Missouri Baptist
  • Earns first career Player of the Week award
