INDIANAPOLIS – Lewis University senior forward Rachel Hinders has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week in women’s basketball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

- Averaged 26.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists during a pair of GLVC road wins last week
- Scored 24 points, including 13 in the third quarter, on 9-of-17 shooting with five rebounds and three assists at UIndy
- Netted 28 points on 8-of-9 from the floor, while adding nine rebounds, two assists and a steal against Bellarmine
- Was a perfect 18-of-18 from the free-throw line, including a career-high 12-for-12 performance at Bellarmine, which marked the seventh-most made in a game in school history
- Earns first career GLVC Player of the Week award
