University of Indianapolis graduate student Berenice Cleyet-Merle and junior thrower Katrinia Hopkins have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Athletes of the Week in women’s indoor track and field, it was announced by the league office Wednesday.

  • Effort improved on her school record by seven seconds
  • Surpassed NCAA Division II automatic qualifying standard by five seconds
  • Time currently ranks 12th in NCAA Division II
  • Earns fourth career Indoor Track Athlete of the Week award (12/19/19, 1/21/20, 1/29/20)
