Lewis’ Kathryn Hague (Chicago, Ill. /Mt. Assisi Academy) is the Great Lakes Valley Conference Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.  

Hague earned two NCAA Division II provisional marks at the Division II Challenge hosted by Findlay. She took third place in the mile run with a time of 5:04.05 and is currently ranked second in the GLVC and 20th in the nation. Her second provisional mark was earned in the distance medley relay where she anchored her team to a third-place finish in a time of 12:10.54. The effort currently leads the GLVC and is ranked eighth on the national list.

The Lady Flyers will next compete on Friday when they host the Chicagoland Championships.
