Lewis’ Scott Barnas (Oak Lawn, Ill. /St. Laurence/Moraine Valley C.C.) is the Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.

 

Barnas has earned his second GLVC Indoor Field Athlete of the Week Award this season. He won the shot put at the Division II Challenge hosted by Findlay with a toss of 17.34 meters. He is currently ranked first in the GLVC in the shot put and seventh on the NCAA national list.

 

Lewis returns to action Saturday when they compete at the Chicagoland Championships in Chicago, Ill.
