Lewis’ Karissa Hoffman (Fond du Lac, WI / Fond du Lac) is the Great Lakes Valley Conference Women’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week. 

Hoffman, a junior, competed in the triple jump and long jump this past weekend at the Chicagoland Championships. She jumped a GLVC leading triple jump of 36-5, which was good for sixth-place. She also jumped a lifetime personal best of 17.01.5 in the long jump, which was good for fifth-place overall.     

 

Lewis will return to action this Friday when they travel to Allendale, Mich. to compete in the Grand Valley State Tune-Up.
