LOUISVILLE- Southern Indiana's men's squad took 10th overall at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships, headlining the GLVC representation at the event, held Saturday morning at Tom Sawyer Park in conjunction with the NCAA Division II Festival.

Drury's men's team took 14th overall, in its first-ever NCAA appearance. The Panthers' Jaime Villa Zapatero was the highest GLVC individual finisher for the men, taking 16th place with a time of 31:13.4.

Ben Orvold was the lone male individual in the race for a GLVC school. The Wisconsin-Parkside Ranger crossed the finish line in 31:58.2 to take 58th place overall.

In the women's race, Lewis' Kathryn Hague took 28th overall, covering the 6K track in 22:02.6. The Flyer harrier earned her second All-American finish of her career with the time. Southern Indiana junior Jackie Henderson finished in 40th place with a time of 22:19.1.
