NKU Women's Golf Places Second in Own Invitational
RESULTS
PERRY PARK, KY - The Northern Kentucky women's golf team placed second overall at the 21-team NKU Invitational held at Perry Park Golf Course over the weekend. The Norse finished with a team score of 621, eight strokes behind team champion Lindey Wilson. NKU was one of seven GLVC teams to compete at the event.
Indianapolis finished third with team score of 625 and Missouri-St. Louis also posted a top-five finish with a team score of 637. Southern Indian placed eighth (649), Lewis finished 16th (687), Bellarmine was 18th (691) and Kentucky Wesleyan placed 21st.
NKU was led by Lyndsey Bevill who was second individually at the event with a score of 73-77=150. Ashland's Erin Misheff won the event, shooting even-par.
