Drury Hits Late Three to Move to GLVC Tourney Final

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - Freshman Bri Anton canned a three-pointer in the waning seconds to lift Drury to a 67-63 win over Lewis in the second semifinal of the Great Lakes Valley Conference Women's Basketball Tournament on Saturday afternoon. The Panthers (25-6) will now play UW-Parkside in the finals on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Anton finished with seven points in just 12 minutes. Drury was led by Lindsay Ballweg who posted 18 points. Melanie Oliver and Caitline Shouse each added 12 points for the Panthers.

Lewis (18-12) was led by junior Jenny Turpel who notched a game-high 23 points.
