HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Despite dropping the first two sets of the match, including a 25-8 loss in the second set, No. 20 Lewis rallied to win the next three and upset No. 12 Northern Kentucky on Friday night, 3-2. The Flyers edged the Norse in the final three sets, 26-24, 27-25, 15-13. They were led by Colleen Mitros who posted a double-double with 11 kills and 13 digs. Danielle Mount notched 15 kills and had four blocks. Northern Kentucky (19-3, 9-3) was paced by Sarah Drennen who had 20 kills and 15 digs. Lewis (17-5, 9-3) will head to Bellarmine on Saturday and Northern Kentucky will welcome UW-Parkside.
Wisconsin-Parkside 3, Bellarmine 1 (19-25, 32-30, 26-24, 27-25)

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Wisconsin-Parkside edged host Bellarmine on Friday night in a GLVC volleyball match, 3-1. After dropping the first set, 25-19, UW-Parkside (13-11, 9-3) pulled out the win by earning 32-30, 26-24, 27-25 wins in the final three sets. Addie Kramer hit .357 and finished with 15 kills to lead the Rangers and Bridget Nickel and Cassy Marx each chipped in 11 kills. Bellarmine (11-8, 5-7) was led by Krista Gibson who had 18 kills with a .314 hitting percentage and 10 digs. UW-Parkside will head to Northern Kentucky on Saturday and Bellarmine will host Lewis.
Maryville 3, Drury 0 (25-22, 25-15, 25-23)

ST. LOUIS – Maryville upended Drury on Friday night in GLVC volleyball action. The Saints held Drury to a .075 hitting percentage and Andi Neff paced Maryville to a .259 hitting percentage with 38 assists. Mikaela Lahm and Ahlee Brockenbrough each had 12 assists for Maryville. Drury (14-10, 5-7) was led by Sara Borneman who had 12 kills. Maryville (8-12, 3-9) will next host Missouri S&T on Saturday and Drury will head to Missouri-St. Louis.
Rockhurst 3, Quincy 0 (25-19, 25-17, 25-23)

QUINCY, Ill. – Rockhurst rolled to a 3-0 win at Quincy on Friday night in a GLVC volleyball match. The Hawks (11-12, 5-7) received a double-double from Maggie McGovern who had 12 kills and 11 assists. Leah Grant also posted a double-double with 30 assists and 10 digs. Quincy (10-11, 4-8) was paced by Christine Williams who had a team-high nine kills. Rockhurst will head to UIS on Saturday and Quincy is slated to host William Jewell.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Southern Indiana senior Danielle LaGrange recorded her 1,000th career kill in leading the Eagles to a sweep over visiting Saint Joseph’s on Friday night. LaGrange notched 15 kills for the Eagles (15-7, 10-2) in the win and Jorae Bradbury paced the attack with 39 assists to go with 13 digs. Saint Joseph’s (9-12, 2-10) was led by Sharon Freund who had eight kills and 13 assists. Southern Indiana will host No. 21 Indianapolis on Saturday and Saint Joseph’s is scheduled to visit Kentucky Wesleyan.

OWENSBORO, Ky. – No. 21 Indianapolis moved to 11-1 in GLVC play this season with a 3-1 win over host Kentucky Wesleyan on Friday night. The Greyhounds (15-5) hit .297 and were guided by Kristina Kerrigan who collected 22 kills. Meghan Binkerd notched 49 assists and 11 digs in the win and Amy Oldenburg tallied 27 digs to help the Greyhounds limit Kentucky Weleyan to a .144 hitting percentage. UIndy will next visit Southern Indiana on Saturday and Kentucky Wesleyan (6-18, 0-12) will welcome Saint Joseph’s on Saturday.
William Jewell 3, Illinois Springfield 1 (25-20, 23-25, 25-14, 25-23)

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – Christina Pratt posted a .370 hitting percentage and had 14 kills in leading William Jewell to a 3-1 win at Illinois Springfield on Friday night. Cailynn Hayter paced the attack for the Cardinals on the evening with 39 assists and Hannah Herndon chipped in 10 kills and 17 digs. UIS (4-19, 1-11) received 26 kills from Sam Krilich who tied the school record for kills in a match. William Jewell (14-7, 6-6) will head to Quincy on Saturday, while UIS will host Rockhurst.
Missouri-St. Louis 3, Missouri S&T 2 (25-22, 20-25, 25-15, 18-25, 15-12)

ST. LOUIS – Missouri-St. Louis knocked off visiting Missouri S&T on Friday night in five sets. The Tritons (14-8, 8-4) pulled to within one game of S&T with the win and had four players in double-digit kills on the night. Weslie Gaff led the Tritons with 20 kills and a .571 hitting percentage and Chelsea Burkle added 14 kills and eight digs. Missouri S&T (16-8, 9-3) was led by Erin Bekebrede who had 13 kills and 15 assists. UMSL will host Drury on Saturday and Missouri S&T will head to Maryville.
