EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Southern Indiana surged into a first-place tie in the GLVC East Division standings by knocking off No. 21 Indianapolis on Saturday afternoon, 3-1. The Eagles (16-7, 11-2) reeled off wins in the final three sets after dropping the first to earn the win. Danielle LaGrange had 16 kills and finished with a .297 hitting percentage and eight blocks for the Eagles. Lauren DeShaney added 13 kills and Fawn Ryan chipped in 10 kills for USI. Jorae Bradbury posted 41 assists, eight digs and five kills in the win. UIndy (15-6, 11-2) received 20 kills and 16 digs from Kristina Kerrigan and 48 assists from Meghan Binkerd. Southern Indiana will host Kentucky Wesleyan on Tuesday and Indianapolis will host Saint Joseph’s .
No. 12 Northern Kentucky 3, UW-Parkside 0 (25-21, 25-17, 25-21)

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – No. 12 Northern Kentucky hit at a .355 clip en route to a sweep of GLVC foe Wisconsin-Parkside in volleyball action on Saturday afternoon. Jenna Schreiver led her club with 36 assists to go with firve digs and four kill. Sarah Drennen finished with a team-high 11 kills and Shelby Buschur and Noelle Peterson each added eight kills. Northern Kentucky (20-3) improves to 10-3 in the GLVC play with the win and will next visit Bellarmine on Tuesday. UW-Parkside (13-12, 9-4) will visit Lewis on Tuesday.
No. 20 Lewis 3, Bellarmine 1 (18-25, 25-19, 25-15, 25-22)

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – No. 20 Lewis completed a three-game weekend road trip with a four-set victory at Bellarmine on Saturday afternoon. The Flyers (18-5) moved to 10-3 in league play with the victory and were led in the win by four players in double-digit kills. Danielle Mount led the way with 15 kills, a .789 hitting percentage and seven blocks. Colleen Mitros and Jen Krumwiede each added a double-double as Mitros had 11 kills and 12 digs and Krumwiede had 10 kills and 11 digs. Bellarmine was led by Krista Gibson and Paula Byrns who each had 15 kills. Lewis will host UW-Parkside on Tuesday and Bellarmine (11-9, 5-8) will host Northern Kentucky on Tuesday.
Missouri-St. Louis 3, Drury 0 (25-15, 25-14, 25-19)

ST. LOUIS – Missouri-St. Louis held Drury to a .065 hitting percentage en route to a 3-0 win in GLVC volleyball play on Saturday afternoon. The Tritons (15-8, 9-4) hit .272 as a team and were paced by Corrine Hoekstra who hit.389 with 10 kills and eight blocks. Weslie Gaff added nine kills and four blocks on the afternoon as the Tritons finished with 24 blocks in the three sets. Anna McNulty paced the offense with 34 assists. Drury (14-11, 5-8) was paced by Amanda Watson who had eight kills and a .300 hitting percentage.
Rockhurst 3, Illinois Springfield 0 (25-13, 25-17, 25-10)

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – Rockhurst picked up a GLVC road win on Saturday afternoon with a 3-0 decision over host UIS, 25-13, 25-17, 25-10. The Hawks (12-12, 6-7) received 15 kills, seven blocks and four service aces from Maggie McGovern. Emily Ready added eight kills and seven blocks for Rockhurst and Leah Grant added 29 assists and seven blocks. UIS (4-10, 1-12) was led by Bianca Sanchez who had 18 digs on the afternoon. Rockhurst will host William Jewell on Tuesday and UIS is slated to host Quincy.
Missouri S&T 3, Maryville 0 (25-17, 25-17, 25-16)

ST. LOIUS – Erin Bekebrede finished with 11 kills and 11 digs to lead Missouri S&T to a sweep at Maryville on Saturday afternoon. Jennifer Costello added 31 assists, four kills, four service aces and four digs in the win. S&T hit .286 as a team and limited Maryville to a .100 hitting percentage. Julia Graves finished with a team-high seven kills for the Saints. S&T (17-8, 10-3) will host Drury on Tuesday and Maryville (8-13, 3-10) will host Missouri-St. Louis.
Quincy 3, William Jewell 1 (25-20, 24-26, 25-17, 26-24)

QUINCY, Ill. – Host Quincy hit .312 and had four players with double-digit kills in a win over William Jewell on Saturday afternoon. Taylor Jacobs had 16 kills and 13 digs in the win, Briann Joslin posted a team-high 17 kills, Brittany Atkinson added 15 kills by hitting at a .520 clip and Christine Williams finished with a .522 hitting percentage and 14 kills. Lyndsay Kooi posted 60 assists to pace the Lady Hawks’ attack. William Jewell (14-8, 6-7) was led by Hannah Herndon who had 26 kills and a .344 hitting percentage. Quincy (11-11, 5-8) will travel to UIS on Tuesday and William Jewell will head to Rockhurst.
Saint Joseph’s 3, Kentucky Wesleyan 1 (21-25, 25-15, 25-21, 27-25)

OWENSBORO, Ky. – Sharon Freund notched 16 kills and 23 digs to lead Saint Joseph’s to a 3-1 win at Kentucky Wesleyan on Saturday. Saint Joseph’s (10-12, 3-10) lost the first set, but rallied to take the next three and earn the league win. Maggie Walters added 14 kills for the Pumas and Erin Brocker had 14 assists and 13 digs. Kentucky Wesleyan (6-19, 0-13) was led by Bridget Johnson and Chelsea Brothers who each had 10 kills. Saint Joseph’s will visit Indianapolis on Tuesday and Kentucky Wesleyan will travel to Southern Indiana.
