EVANSVILLE, Ind.- It took an extra four and a half minutes, but the Screaming Eagles took a 1-0 win over visiting Quincy in GLVC action Sunday to clinch a spot in the upcoming GLVC Women's Soccer Championships. Makenzie Brinker scored the gamewinner at the 94:36 mark of the first overtime to give Southern Indiana the win. The goal came on a header off of a Meagan Kempf corner kick, and was Brinker's fourth of the season. The win lifts the Screaming Eagles to 8-7-2 overall, 8-5-1 in GLVC play, while the Lady Hawks fall to 13-4-0, 10-4-0 in conference matches.

Lauren Triplett scored the Knights' first goal in the 17th minute, sending the ball in on a short pass off of a rebound by Chelsea McCarty. Triplett then assisted on a Christina Kapsalis goal in the 83rd minute. The win lifts Bellarmine to 13-2-1 overall, 12-2-0 in GLVC play. Missouri-St. Louis falls to 8-8-0, 7-7-0 in conference matches.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.- A penalty kick two minutes into the second overtime lifted Drury to a 2-1 win over visiting Lewis in GLVC action Sunday. Nicole Williams put the host Panthers on the board in the 40th minute. Williams scored on a ball from Hillary Cockrell from about five yards out. Lewis put in the equalizer in the 88th minute, on the first goal of the season from Keidi Haller. Jenny Hyde and Shelley Hadlock assisted on the tying goal, which was put in from about four yards out. Cockrell scored the gamewinner on a penalty kick in the 103rd minute. The Greyhounds got on the scoreboard less than a minute later, with Nicole Duncan scoring on an assist from Shelby Spinelli. Less than three minutes into the second half, Kelsey Wendholt doubled the UIndy lead with her first collegiate goal. Katie Johnston provided the assist. The Cardinals scored in the 67th minute, with Taylore Depperman providing the tally on an assist from Sarah Franklin. The Lady Miners took the lead on a penalty kick by Melissa Young at the 25:02 mark. Wisconsin-Parkside tied the match in the 67th minute, with Leia Hanion scoring on a loose ball into an open net from about 22 yards out. Shannon Becker assisted on the play. Karley Mecko's first goal of the season in the 105th minute gave the Rangers the win. Margaret Rubin then put in her first goal of the year in the 45th minute on an assist from Colleen Shannon. Rubin scored on a 10-yard shot inside the right post to put Rockhurst up 2-0.
