INDIANAPOLIS – Kevin Eggert headed in the game-winning goal off the crossbar in the 80th minute to lift Indianapolis to a 1-0 win over Bellarmine on Friday night. Eggert tallied the goal for the Greyhounds (9-2, 8-1) off a cross from Bobby Adkins and an assist from Ryan Barnett. UIndy edged the Knights in shorts, 10-9, and Justin Roberts earned the shutout with four saves. Uindy will host No. 4 Northern Kentucky on Sunday afternoon and Bellarmine (5-6, 4-5) will head to Saint Joseph’s on Sunday.
UW-Parkside 8, Kentucky Wesleyan 1 – BOX SCORE | RECAP
SOMERS, Wis. – Wisconsin-Parkside rolled to an 8-1 victory over visiting Kentucky Wesleyan in men’s soccer action on Friday night. The Rangers (6-4-1, 4-4-1) took the lead just 39 seconds into the match as Ryan Crane scored his first career goal off a steal. John Gourlay then scored back-to-back goals in the 7th and 14th minutes to provide all the scoring UW-Parkside would need. Nilas Boedts added a goal and three assists for the Rangers and Collin Monahan also scored two goals in the match. KWC (2-10, 0-9) received its lone goal from Ryan Brewer. UWP will host Southern Indiana on Sunday and KWC is scheduled to play at Lewis.
William Jewell 4, Missouri-St. Louis 1 – BOX SCORE | RECAP
LIBERTY, Mo. – Troy Green scored his second goal of the match in the 57th minute to break a 1-1 tie and helped William Jewell to a 4-1 win over visiting Missouri-St. Louis on Friday night. Green had scored the first goal of the match as well in the ninth minute, however, UMSL’s Peter Hyde provided the game-tying score just seconds later. Forrest McCurren and Chad Neman each added second half goals for William Jewell to provide insurance. William Jewell (6-5, 5-4) will host Maryville on Sunday and UMSL (5-3-3, 4-3-2) will head to Rockhurst.
Lewis 2, Southern Indiana 1 – BOX SCORE | RECAP
ROMEOVILLE, Ill. – Lewis pulled out a 2-1 win over visiting Southern Indiana on Friday night in GLVC men’s soccer action. Alosiso Barros scored the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in the 76th minute. Cristhian Ramirez scored the first goal of the match on an assist from Michael Pyle and USI’s Nick DeSalvatore evened the match in the 48th minute. Lewis (5-6, 5-4) will host Kentucky Wesleyan on Sunday and Southern Indiana (1-9-1, 0-8-1) will head to UW-Parkside.

KANSAS CITY – Four different players found the back of the net for Rockhurst on Friday night to help the Hawks pick up a 4-0 win over Maryville. Lucas DeRossi scored the game-winner in the fifth minute and Mark Magee, Nate Siesener and Ruben Perez each posted a goal. Ryan Bass notched the shutout in the win with a pair of saves. Rockhurst (8-2, 7-2), who outshot Maryville 22-7, will host Missouri-St. Louis on Sunday. Maryville (3-8-1, 2-7) will visit William Jewell on Sunday.

ROLLA, Mo. – Illinois Springfield and Missouri S&T battled to a scoreless tie on Friday night in GLVC men’s soccer action. Host S&T (7-3-1, 5-3-1) outshot the Prairie Stars 21-8, but UIS goalkeeper Jack Turanchik notched eight saves to keep the Miners scoreless. S&T goalkeeper Pat McNamee made two saves in the tie. S&T will host Quincy on Sunday and UIS (0-8-2, 0-7-2) will visit Drury.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Quincy’s Grant Ellison scored his 10th goal of the season in the second minute of the second overtime on Friday night to give the Hawks a 2-1 win at Drury in GLVC men’s soccer action. The goal completed a comeback for Quincy as Jeff Vaninger’s goal in the 39th minute knotted the score at 1-1. Drury’s Taylor Stacy scored the first goal of the match in the 23rd minute to give the Panthers the early lead. Quincy (7-3-1, 6-2-1) will visit S&T on Sunday and Drury (7-5, 5-4) will host UIS.

RENSSELAER, Ind. – The fourth-ranked Northern Kentucky men’s soccer team posted a 5-1 win at Saint Joseph’s on Friday night. Michael Holder and Mohammad Salhieh each tallied goals in the first 30 minutes of the match. Holder scored on an assist from Anthony Meyer in the 26th minute and Holder assisted on Salhieh’s game-winner in the 30th minute. Ian O’Reilly, Brodie Steigerwald and Kevin Donnelly each added second-half goals. Cole Galloway scored Saint Joseph’s lone goal in the 40th minute. NKU (10-1, 8-1) will head to Indianapolis on Sunday and Saint Joseph’s (4-5-2, 4-3-2) will host Bellarmine.
