UW-Parkside 61, IU-Northwest 48 - BOX SCORE  |  RECAP

SOMERS, Wis.- Wisconsin-Parkside returned from Christmas break with a 61-48 win at home over Indiana Northwest Thursday evening in non-conference action. The Rangers (8-2) were led by 15 points in the contest from Jadee Rooney, while Kaitlyn added 11 points and dished out seven assists. Jenna Endisch grabbed a team-high nine rebounds in the win for UWP, which returns to action at UMSL an Maryville Jan. 5 and 7 to resume GLVC play.

Saint Joseph's 91, Wayne State 82 - BOX SCORE  |  RECAP

DETROIT- The Pumas took a 91-82 win over host GLIAC-foe Wayne State in non-league action in the Motor City Thursday. Saint Joseph's(6-3) was led by 19 points and five rebounds from Montrell Miles, while Britney Cruse added 16 points and corralled another five boards for the Pumas in the win. Kayla Stout chipped in 10 points for SJC, which has a New Year's Eve date with another GLIAC opponent, Ferris State.

Findlay 65, Missouri S&T 53 - BOX SCORE  |  RECAP

FINDLAY, Ohio- Missouri S&T suffered its first loss of the 2011-12 season Thursday in non-GLVC play, taking a 65-53 defeat at Findlay. The Lady Miners (8-1) were led in the defeat by 10 points each from Hailee Parks and Katelyn Heil. Missouri S&T stays in Findlay to take on another GLIAC foe, Northwood, tomorrow afternoon.

Northern Kentucky 61, Ohio Dominican 32 - BOX SCORE  |  RECAP

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky.- The host Norse took a 61-32 win over visiting Ohio Dominican in their first game of the NKU Classic Thursday evening at the Bank of Kentucky Center. Northern Kentucky (7-2) got 16 points from Casse Mogan, while Ellen Holton tallied 11 points and grabbed eight rebounds in the NKU victory. Melody Doss added 11 for NKU. The Norse close out their Classic with a tilt against Hillsdale tomorrow.
