Northern Kentucky 84, Shepherd 57 – BOX SCORE  | RECAP

Highland Heights, Ky.- The No. 13 ranked Northern Kentucky men’s basketball team continued their winning ways and improved their overall record to 10-0 on the year with a win against Shepherd on Friday afternoon. The Norse shot 31-for-55 from the field as a team and went an impressive 14-for-23 from behind the arc to defeat Shepherd by double figures. Earnest Watson and Jon Van Hoose led the Northern Kentucky squad with 18 points each. Northern Kentucky will look to continue their run in conference play when they host William Jewell on January 5.
 
Indianapolis 88, Ferris State 71 - BOX SCORE  | RECAP
 
Big Rapids, Mich.- The Indianapolis Greyhounds took a trip to Big Rapids, Michigan to take on regional opponent Ferris State on Friday afternoon. The Greyhounds pulled out an 88-71 victory to improve their overall record to 8-2. Wilbur O’Neal showed some versatility as he posted his third double double of the season, contributing 16 points and 13 rebounds. Adrian Moss was the lead for the Greyhounds as he tallied 26 points in the regional win. The Greyhounds (7-2) will resume their conference schedule against Illinois Springfield on January 5.
 
Johnson C. Smith 78, Quincy 68- BOX SCORE | RECAP
 
Quincy, Ill.- The Quincy Hawks dropped their first game of the Quincy/Subway Holiday Tournament on Friday night to Johnson C. Smith 78-68. Despite the loss, Justin Brock was able to post a double double with 16 points and 16 rebounds. Ryan Stuckman added 14 to the total for the Hawks. The Quincy squad (6-3) will continue play in their home tournament against Central Oklahoma tomorrow night to close out the year.
 
Saint Joseph’s 87, Michigan Tech 78– BOX SCORE  | RECAP
 
Houghton, Mich.- The Saint Joseph’s Pumas traveled north to visit Michigan Tech for a regional matchup on Friday night. The Pumas shot an impressive 10-for-17 (58.8%) from behind the arc to cruise past their regional foe. Senior guard Phillip Collins led the Pumas with 18 points. Collins also tallied five rebounds and four assists. Dayvon Sloan, Jason Chorba, and Michael Lipton also hid double figures in the win.The Pumas move to an even 5-5 on the year and will look for a win against conference opponent Quincy on January 5.
 
Maryville 53, Millikin 42- BOX SCORE  | RECAP
 
ST. LOUIS- The Maryville men’s basketball team hosted Division III Millikin on Friday night. The Saints were led by Asa Toney who posted 13 points on the night. Armon Provo also hit double digits for the Maryville team banking 12 points in the win. The Saints forced 19 turnovers from the Millikin squad and collected 28 rebounds as a team. The Maryville team improves to 7-2 on the year and will next host Missouri-St. Louis on January 2.
 
UW-Parkside 91, Trinity Christian 53 – BOX SCORE  | RECAP
 
Kenosha, Wisc.- The UW-Parkside men’s basketball team turned around after last night’s victory over IU-Northwest to tally another win against Trinity Christian on Friday night. The Ranger’s impressive shooting led them past Trinity Christian 91-53. UW-Parkside shot 58 percent from the field and was led by Steve Jakulske who posted 12 points and five rebounds for the Rangers. The Rangers improve to 7-3 on the year and will return to action against Missouri-St. Louis on January 5. 
 
Drury 75, Southwestern 54 – BOX SCORE  | RECAP
 
Springfield, Mo.- The Drury men’s basketball team resumed their schedule against Southwestern on Friday night. The Panthers tallied 75 points in the win and were led by Teddy Simniok who had 13 points in 18 minutes of action. The Panthers shot 41 percent from the field and tallied 33 rebounds on the night. On the defensive end, the Panthers collected an impressive 12 total steals en route to the victory. The team moves to 8-3 on the year and will hit the road to take on Kentucky Wesleyan in a conference matchup on January 5.
 
Kentucky Wesleyan 79, Lindsey Wilson 61- BOX SCORE  | RECAP
 
Owensboro, Ky.- The undefeated Kentucky Wesleyan men’s basketball team dominated Lindsey Wilson on Friday night to improve their winning streak to 10. The Panthers pulled away late in the first half and went to the locker room with an 11 point lead. They returned in the second half to close out the game 79-61. The Panthers shot 43 percent from the field and collected a total 42 rebounds on the night. Anthony Young led the No. 4 ranked Kentucky Wesleyan squad as he posted a double double with 23 points and 13 rebounds. The Panthers moves to a perfect 10-0 and will resume their conference schedule against Drury on January 5.
 
Southern Indiana 73, Harris-Stowe 46- BOX SCORE  | RECAP
 
Evansville, Ind.- The No. 2 ranked Southern Indiana men’s basketball team dominated Harris Stowe on Friday night on their home court to continue their undefeated run. The Eagles shot 27-for-61 from the field and collected a total 43 rebounds. Brandon Hogg and Isaac McClure led the team with 15 points each. McClure also added 14 rebounds on the night. The Eagles remain unbeaten and hope to continue their 10-0 run with a conference win against Missouri S&T on January 5.
 
Illinois Springfield 81, Lindenwood-Belleville 74 OT- BOX SCORE  | RECAP
 
Springfield, Ill.- The Illinois Springfield men’s basketball team pulled away in overtime to defeat Lindenwood-Belleville 81-74. The teams were neck in neck throughout the first half as the Illinois Springfield squad went to the locker room with a one point lead at the half. The battle continued into the second before the Prairie Stars were able to pull away with the seven point win. Jermaine Love-Roberts was critical in the win as he posted 30 points and tallied eight rebounds on the night. The Illinois Springfield squad (4-7) will look to improve their record when they host Indianapolis on January 5.
 
Missouri-St. Louis 105, Robert Morris 60- BOX SCORE  | RECAP
 
ST. LOUIS- The Missouri-St. Louis men's basketball team improved their record to 7-3 on the year after posting a win over Robert Morris-Springfield on Friday night. The Tritons dominated the floor scoring 105 points and collecting 47 total rebounds. The team was led by Troy Long who posted 19 points in the win. The team went 39-for-71 from the field and banked seven buckets from behind the arc. The Missouri-St. Louis squad will resume action against conference rival Maryville on January 2.
