ROLLA, Mo.- The host Lady Miners kept their 2011-12 record flawless took a 62-53 win over #21 Drury Wednesday night. Hailee Parks led Missouri S&T (6-0, 3-0 GLVC) with 14 points and nine rebounds, with Courtney Kemp adding 11 points and Julie Meyer chipping in 10 points. Katie Pritchard's 20 points led the Panthers in the loss, while Erica Groose had 11 points and eight rebounds for Drury (5-2, 2-1 GLVC). The Lady Miners head to Kentucky State Saturday, while Drury takes on Northeastern State Saturday.
Northern Kentucky 70, Georgetown 49 - BOX SCORE | RECAP
HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky.- The Norse outshot visting Georgetown 41 percent to 27 percent in taking a 70-49 win over the Tigers Wednesday night in non-conference action. Northern Kentucky (5-2) was led by Casse Mogan's 20 points, while Jaimie Hamlet added 12 points off the Norse bench. Ellen Holton added 11 points and grabbed seven rebounds on the night, while Sadie Bowling had a game-high nine rebounds. Next up for the Norse is a Dec. 19 contest at Tiffin.
Quincy 86, Hannibal-LaGrange 59 - BOX SCORE | RECAP
QUINCY, Ill.- Quincy took an 86-59 win over visiting Hannibal-LaGrange in a Wednesday night contest. The Lady Hawks (6-2) were led by Lucy Cramsey's 19 points, while Kassidy Shuman added 17. Kelly Buresh had 13 points and Felisha Loggins added 12 for Quincy on the night. The Lady Hawks out-rebounded the visitors 48-30 on the evening. Quincy takes a break for the holidays and returns to the hardwood December 30 and 31 in Texas, facing Northeastern State and St. Edwards.
