INDIANAPOLIS- Sophomore Brett Greubel's tally in the 35th minute proved to be the gamewinner for UIndy Tuesday. Kevin Eggert added another score, assisted by Greubel, for the Greyhounds in the 50th minute to give UIndy the 2-0 win, improving its record to 1-1-0 on the young season. The Greyhounds open GLVC play Friday at Lewis.
Maryville 1, Harding 1 (2OT) - BOX SCORE | RECAP
SEARCY, Ark.- Harding got on the board first, scoring just after the 54-minute mark to take a 1-0 lead. Maryville knotted the game at 1-1 with a goal in the 61st minute from Kory Dowell. Matt O'Daniel assisted on the play. Neither team would score through the rest of regulation and two overtime periods, leaving the result a 1-1 tie. Maryville opens its GLVC slate Friday, hosting Illinois-Springfield.
