ROLLA, Mo.-
In a battle of the top teams in the East and West divisions, the unranked Norse came in and pulled off the upset of #24 Missouri S&T in GLVC action Thursday, 52-34. Casse Mogan led Northern Kentucky (11-2, 4-1 GLVC) in the win with 18 points, while Ellen Holton added 13 points and grabbed a team-high eight rebounds for the Norse. The Lady Miners (10-3, 5-1 GLVC) were paced by 10 points each from Hailee Parks and Courtney Kemp on the night. The Norse will play at Drury Saturday, while the Lady Miners will host Bellarmine.

Quincy 72, Lewis 51 -

ROMEOVILLE, Ill.-  Quincy took a decisive 72-51 win over visiting Lewis in GLVC play Thursday. The Lady Hawks (9-4, 4-1 GLVC) were led by Ali Schwagmeyer's 16 points on the night, while Linsay Henke added 13 and Karlee Gengenbacher and Felisha Loggins both chipped in 10 apiece. Loggins also grabbed a team-high nine rebounds in the win. Lewis (3-10, 1-4 GLVC) was led by eight points on the game from Labrentha Murdock. Next up for the Lady Hawks is a contest at Wisconsin-Parkside, while Lewis will host Illinois Springfield Saturday.

William Jewell 60, Southern Indiana 55 -

LIBERTY, Mo.- Host William Jewell won 60-55 over visiting Southern Indiana in GLVC action Thursday. The Cardinals (8-3, 3-2 GLVC) were led by 18 points from Holly Swizter, with Aerial Smith chipping in 10 in the win. Southern Indiana (6-7, 0-5 GLVC) got 12 points apiece from Mary O'Keefe and Kristin Raker, while Brooke Valentine corraled a game-high 11 rebounds. The Screaming Eagles head to Rockhurst Saturday. The Cardinals stay home for a matchup with Kentucky Wesleyan.

Saint Joseph's 81, Missouri-St. Louis 58 -

RENSSALEAR, Ind.- The host Pumas won their seventh in a row with an 81-58 win over visiting Missouri-St. Louis in GLVC action Thursday. Saint Joseph's (10-3, 4-1 GLVC) got 19 points from Britney Cruse in the victory, while Tatiana Ortiz and Jasmyne Reynolds both added 13 for the Pumas. Ortiz also grabbed nine rebounds, while Montrell Mills chipped in 12 points. For the Tritons (6-7, 1-4 GLVC), Devonna Smith's double-double performance of 16 points and 10 rebounds was tops on the squad. The Tritons will take on UIndy in Saturday action, while the Pumas stay home to host Maryville.

Kentucky Wesleyan 76, Rockhurst 72 -

KANSAS CITY, MO.- Kentucky Wesleyan held on for a 76-72 win over host Rockhurst in GLVC action from Kansas City Thursday. The Lady Panthers (9-4, 3-2 GLVC) were led by Katie Behrens' 18 points, with Kourtney Rhoads adding 11 in the victory. The Hawks (3-9, 1-4 GLVC) got 18 points and eight rebounds from Chrissy Sarcone, while MaKayla Grahn added 17. Megan Cook chipped in with 11 points for Rockhurst in the setback. The Panthers head to William Jewell Saturday, while Rockhurst plays host to Southern Indiana.

SOMERS, Wis.- Host Wisconsin-Parkside took a 79-42 win over the visiting Prairie Stars in GLVC action from Wisconsin Thursday. The Rangers (10-3, 3-2 GLVC) were led by Jenne Endisch's game-high 24 points, with Jadee Rooney chipping in 11 points and Brittany Beyer adding 10. Illinois Springfield (6-7, 1-4 GLVC) got 13 points from Alyssa Palmer in the losing effort. The Rangers play host to Quincy Saturday, while the Prairie Stars head to Lewis for a Saturday contest.

Indianapolis 67, Maryville 63 -

INDIANAPOLIS- UIndy escaped with a narrow 67-63 victory over visiting Maryville in GLVC play Thursday evening. The Greyhounds (10-3, 4-1 GLVC) got 23 points from Kristin Turner in the victory, while Katy McIntosh added 11. The Saints (6-7, 2-3 GLVC) were paced by Shelby Miller's 18 points, with reigning GLVC Player of the Week Abby Duethman adding 16 points and completing the double-double with 14 rebounds on the night. The Greyhounds play host to Missouri-St. Louis Saturday, while Maryville heads up I-65 to Saint Joseph's.


Drury 67, Bellarmine 53 -

The Knights (6-7, 0-5 GLVC) got 16 points from Allison Matheis in the loss, and will head to Missouri S&T for a Saturday contest. Drury hosts Northern Kentucky in Saturday action.
