SPRINGFIELD, Ill.- Saint Joseph's escaped Springfield with a 73-70 win Saturday. The Pumas (9-3, 3-1 GLVC) got 20 points from Tatiana Ortiz in the win, while Britney Cruse tallied 14. A trio of SJC players (Kayla Stout, Montrell Mills and Alexa Bess) all scored 10 apiece for the Pumas. The Prairie Stars (6-6, 1-3 GLVC) got 15 points from Alyssa Palmer, 14 from Bailey Beale and 10 points from Megan Bergerud, who also grabbed a game-high 11 rebounds. The Pumas host Missouri-St. Louis and Maryville next Thursday and Saturday, while the Prairie Stars take to the road for a pair at Wisconsin-Parkside and Lewis.

LOUISVILLE- Host Bellarmine could not pick up its first GLVC win of the season Saturday afternoon, falling to William Jewell by a narrow 58-55 score. The Cardinals (7-3, 2-2 GLVC) were led by 18 points from Chelsea Meeks, while Cassy Nicolay added 15 points and a game-high nine rebounds. Katlyn Wood tallied 14 points for William Jewell in the win, while the Knights (6-6, 0-4 GLVC) were paced by 17 points from Betsy Goodin. Rachel Greenwell added 10 for Bellarmine in the loss. The Cardinals host Southern Indiana and Kentucky Wesleyan next Thursday and Saturday, while the Knights take to the road for contests at Drury and Missouri S&T next weekend.

ST. LOUIS- Maryville evened its GLVC record at 2-2 with a 62-55 win over visiting Wisconsin-Parkside Saturday afternoon. The Saints (6-6, 2-2 GLVC) got 21 points and eight rebounds from Abby Deuthman in the win, while Shelby Miller added 10 points. The Rangers (9-3, 2-2 GLVC) were led by 18 points from Jadee Rooney, while Brittany Beyer added 14 points. Jaleesa Trussell had a game-high 10 boards off the Wisconsin-Parkside bench. The Rangers host Illinois-Springfield and Quincy next weekend, while Maryville heads to UIndy and Saint Joseph's.

EVANSVILLE, Ind.- Drury took a 65-55 win at Southern Indiana in GLVC action Saturday. The Panthers (9-4, 4-1 GLVC) were led by Bethanie Funderburk's game-high 22 points, while Katie Pritchard put in 13 for Drury. Southern Indiana (6-6, 0-4 GLVC) got 17 points from Mary O'Keefe in the loss, with Stephanie Carpenter adding 11. Drury hosts Bellarmine and Northern Kentucky in next weekend's action, while Southern Indiana will travel to William Jewell and Rockhurst.

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky.- Northern Kentucky picked up its 10th win of the season wit ha 52-47 GLVC victory over Rockhurst Saturday. The Norse (10-2, 3-1 GLVC) got a game-high 23 points from Casse Mogan in the win, while Ellen Holton added 11 points. Allison Streich's double-double of 12 points and 10 boards paced the Hawks (3-8, 1-3 GLVC) in the setback. Next up for NKU is a trip to Missouri S&T and Drury next weekend, while Rockhurst will host Kentucky Wesleyan and Southern Indiana to continue GLVC action.

Quincy 86, Indianapolis 75 - BOX SCORE UINDY RECAP  |  QU RECAP
QUINCY, Ill.- Quincy busted a nine-game UIndy win streak and handed the Greyhounds their first loss of the GLVC slate with an 86-75 win at home Saturday. Linsay Henke's 20 points and nine rebounds led the Lady Hawks (8-4, 3-1 GLVC), while Ali Schwagmeyer (14 pts, 12 reb) and Karlee Gengenbacher (11 pts, 12 reb) both recorded double-double efforts for Quincy. Kristin Turner's career-high 32 points led the Greyhounds (9-3, 3-1 GLVC), while Sydney Weinert and Nickole Gonser each tallied 10 in the loss for UIndy. Weinert also completed a double-double effort with 10 rebounds in the contest. The Greyhounds welcome Maryville and Missouri-St. Louis next weekend, with the Lady Hawks heading to Lewis and Wisconsin-Parkside to continue GLVC play.

OWENSBORO, Ky.- Missouri S&T remained the only unbeated squad in GLVC play with a 74-58 win over Kentucky Wesleyan Saturday. The Lady Miners (10-2, 5-0 GLVC) were led by 24 points from Hailee Parks, who also collected nine rebounds. Quintonia Evans added 13 for Missouri S&T in the win. The Panthers (8-4, 2-2 GLVC) got 10 points from Bianca Barton in the losing effort. The Lady Miners will host Northern Kentucky and Bellarmine next weekend, while Kentucky Wesleyand takes to the road for games at Rockhurst and William Jewell.

ST. LOUIS- The Tritons took a 66-49 win over visiting Lewis in GLVC action Saturday. UMSL (6-6, 1-3 GLVC) was led by 15 points from Caitlyn Moody, while Kiki Robinson added 12 points and grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds. Lewis (3-9, 1-3 GLVC) was led by Madeline Kish's game-high 16 points. Next up for the Flyers is a pair of home contests with Quincy and Illinois-Springfield, while the Tritons will head to Saint Joseph's and UIndy next weekend.
