LOUISVILLE - All five starters scored in double figures to help Bellarmine clinch the outright GLVC East Division title Saturday with a 78-61 victory over No. 12 Kentucky Wesleyan. Luke Sprague led the Knights with 18 points, followed by Jeremy Kendle with 16 points and eight assists, Keisten Jones with 15 points, Chris Dowe with 11 points, 10 rebounds and four assists, and Braydon Hobbs with 10 points, six steals and four assists. KWC's Anthony Young scored a game-high 21 points with eight rebounds, while Cornbread Walker netted 13 points in the loss. Bellarmine improved to 23-2 with a 15-2 GLVC mark with just one regular season game remaining—a Thursday night game at Northern Kentucky. The Panthers fell to 19-6, 11-6 GLVC, and are tied for fourth in the GLVC East.

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Northern Kentucky University's DeAndre Nealy swatted his way into school history Saturday afternoon and led the 15th-ranked Norse to a 69-55 win over No. 11 Southern Indiana. Nealy scored 16 points and set a Norse single-season record for blocked shots as NKU won its sixth consecutive game. The 6-foot-6 rejection machine blocked three shots to bring his season's total to 74. He surpassed Patrick Holt's previous NKU record of 73 blocks when he swatted a shot by Southern Indiana's Lawrence Thomas with 4:45 remaining in the game. NKU, which improved to 21-4 overall, 13-4 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, held Southern Indiana to 37.5 percent shooting from the field to win the showdown. The Norse made 52 percent of their attempts and also forced the Screaming Eagles into 21 turnovers. Ethan Faulkner added 12 points and five assists for NKU, which clinched a first-round bye in the upcoming GLVC Tournament. Eshaunte Jones scored 11 points for the Norse, who avenged last month's 69-68 loss at Southern Indiana and clinched a first-round bye in the upcoming GLVC Tournament. Lawrence Thomas led Southern Indiana (20-5 overall, 12-5 GLVC) with 14 points. Brandon Hogg and Isaac McClure each finished with 10 points.

SOMERS, Wis. - Adrian Moss tallied the first triple-double in school history to lead No. 25 UIndy men's basketball past host Wisconsin-Parkside, 84-57, on Saturday afternoon at DeSimone Gymnasium. Moss finished with 18 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists for the Greyhounds (18-7, 11-6 GLVC) against the Rangers (8-17, 1-16 GLVC), while Wilbur O'Neal led all players with 20 points and added seven rebounds. Reece Cheatham hit a 3-pointer down the stretch for Moss' 10th assist to finish with 12 points, five rebounds and three assists, while Miles Mitchell and Jarrett Hamilton each scored 11 points. SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - Seniors Jermaine Love-Roberts, Michael Fakuade, and Lester Hart each scored in double figures as they helped lead the Illinois Springfield men's basketball team to a 70-69 Great Lakes Valley Conference victory over Missouri-St. Louis Saturday on Senior Day at The Recreation and Athletic Center. Fakuade's free throw with seven seconds to play proved to be the difference in the contest. With the victory, UIS moves to 14-12 overall and 11-6 in the GLVC. The Tritons drop to 17-8 and 12-5, and are now only one game ahead of the Prairie Stars in the GLVC West division with one game remaining for each team in the regular season. Fakuade finished the game with 13 points, eight rebounds, and a career-high seven blocks. Love-Roberts finished with a team-high 16 points and Hart added 12 points and a career-high seven rebounds. West Dawson scored 10 points and tied his career-high in assists with five. Kentrell King dished out a career-best six assists. Joshua McCoy and Troy Long each scored 16 points to pace the Tritons, while senior Justin Hightower finished with 12 points.

ROLLA, Mo. - Bryce Foster scored the 1,000th point of his Missouri S&T career Saturday afternoon, but it was the 1,010th point he scored that sparked a strong closing run for the Miners in a 65-52 win over William Jewell at Billy Key Court – a victory that secured S&T a spot in the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament. Foster, who became the 23rd player in Miner history to reach the 1,000-point mark when he knocked down a jumper with under six minutes left in the first half, drilled a three-pointer with 4:45 to play to break a 46-all tie and sent the Miners on a 19-6 burst to finish out their fourth consecutive victory and sixth in GLVC play. The victory clinched a spot in the 12-team field for the GLVC Tournament which begins Feb. 26 and marked the first time that the Miners have four consecutive games since the start of the 2003-04 season when they won their first six contests. Prior to Saturday's win, the Miners had not captured four straight conference games since the final four league outings in their 1995-96 championship season as a member of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association. S&T shot 52.2 percent in the second half to finish the game at 47.9 percent and got a double-double from Foster with 20 points and 12 rebounds to lead the way, his second double-double in the last eight days. Carlton Westbrook, who along with Tommy Pelczynski were playing in their final home game Saturday, added 18 points for S&T. Nick Larson netted a game-high 26 points and Mark Mason scored 10 for the Cardinals, who dropped to 7-16 overall and 4-13 in conference play.

ROMEOVILLE, Ill. - Led by a game-high 17 points and four assists from senior guard Chris McClellan, Lewis used a stifling defensive performance to earn the 67-42 victory over Saint Joseph's on 'Senior Night' at Neil Carey Arena on Saturday. Saint Joseph's was held to a 33.3 percent (18-for-54) shooting performance and only managed to get to the free throw line six times on the evening. The 42 points is the second-fewest points scored by a Flyer opponent this season, as Lewis held Wayne State to 41 tallies on December 31, 2011. With the victory, Lewis improves to 15-10 on the campaign and 7-10 in GLVC action, while the visiting Pumas are 8-17 on the season and 3-14 in conference play. The win clinches a berth in the GLVC Tournament for the Flyers and is Trost's 100th victory on the Lewis sidelines. Joining in the 'Senior Night' fun with McClellan were classmates Matt Toth and Marty Strus. Toth finished with 15 points and five rebounds, while Strus grabbed a game-high 12 points. Saint Joseph's junior guard Michael Lipton was 7-for-8 from the field, including a perfect 3-for-3 from long range, to finish with a game-high 17 points for the Pumas.

Ian Carter added 16 points, seven rebounds and matched a career-high with five blocked shots and Drake Patterson had 10 points as the Panthers improved to 15-10 overall and 9-8 in the GLVC, while Rockhurst fell to 7-18 and 4-13. Martin Roper II had 14 points and Najja Nicholson added 10 points to lead the Hawks.
