HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Despite trailing 41-32 at halftime, Bellarmine rallied to outscore Alabama-Huntsville 50-32 in the final 20 minutes to score an 82-73 victory in the Elite Eight Wednesday. The Knights were led by Chris Dowe's 24 points and 11 rebounds, as well as Jeremy Kendle's 23 points. Luke Sprague returned from a shoulder injury to net 10 points while Basketball Times National Player of the Year Braydon Hobbs filled the statline with 5 points, 5 steals, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. The defending national champions now advance to the national semifinals to face Montevallo on Thursday at 9:30 p.m. The Bellarmine-Montevallo game will tip after the other semifinal which pits Stonehill against Western Washington. Both games will be aired on the CBS College Sports television network.
