INDIANAPOLIS – University of Missouri-St. Louis redshirt-senior Jordan Fletcher has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week in women’s basketball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

  • Averaged 20.5 points and 7.0 rebounds, shooting 62.5% (15-for-24) in two league road wins for UMSL’s sixth and seventh in a row
  • Scored 16 points on 5-of-7 shooting from the field at Lewis and 6-of-7 at the free throw line
  • Added six rebounds and a steal, with the takeaway coming on an inbounds play with 18 seconds left and the score tied 63-63, leading to the game-winner and snapping the Flyers’ 10-game win streak for their first home loss this season and the Tritons first win in Romeoville since 2002-03
  • Tallied season-high 25 points at Parkside on 10-of-17 shooting with eight rebounds, including her 600th career board to become just the third in program history to accomplish the feat
  • Earns first career Player of the Week award
