Overall, the entire situation is still hard to fathom. It's weird to think that the rest of the semester is going to go on without any practices or tournaments that have been such a major part of my life over the last four years.

One of the hardest things about this is not knowing I might have experienced "the lasts" when they were happening. These include the last van ride, the last walk down the fairway, or the last putt. This was all going to end eventually, but the sudden and unexpected ending makes it hurt a little worse than I imagined.

Despite the season ending, and possibly my career, there is a lot to be happy and thankful for. I realize how blessed I am to have had the opportunity to be a collegiate athlete and to be a part of something bigger than myself. Golf has provided me with the chance to travel the United States, meet many awesome people, and helped establish positive life habits that will be instilled in me forever. Golf has provided me with so many incredible memories over the years, but above all, I'm most thankful for the brothers for life that the game has given me.

I will forever be grateful to have had the opportunity to represent UIndy. This team has unfinished business left for next year, and I hope I get to be a part of finishing what we set out to accomplish. If not, I'll no doubt be supporting the boys the best I can. This university has given me more than I ever could have imagined and it will always have a place in my heart.

Roll Hounds.
