INDIANAPOLIS – The GLVC Sports Network (GLVCSN) will air live coverage of all seven matches of the 2022 GLVC Volleyball Championship Tournament, the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) announced today.
This year's tournament will take place Thursday-Saturday, Nov. 10-12, at the EastSide Centre in East Peoria, Illinois, as the familiar voice of John Edwards returns to GLVCSN to call all seven contests.
GLVCSN will begin streaming its pregame show approximately 10 minutes prior to each scheduled tournament match. Coverage begins with the first quarterfinal between No. 8 seed Maryville University and No. 1 seed Quincy University with first serve at 11:30 AM Central Time. No. 5 seed Missouri S&T will face No. 4 seed Lewis University at 2:30 PM in the second match of the day. No. 2 seed University of Missouri-St. Louis takes on No. 7 seed University of Illinois Springfield in the day’s third contest at 5:30 PM, while No. 6 seed University of Indianapolis and No. 3 seed Rockhurst University play one another in the nightcap at 8:30 PM.
Friday’s semifinal coverage will feature matches at 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM CT, while Saturday’s Championship final will start at 12 PM.
All matches are available on
GLVCSN.com, the GLVCSN iOS and Android mobile apps, and GLVCSN OTT apps on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and Android TV. When tuning in, fans can choose between an all-tournament pass for $25 or pay $10 per match. This is the first time the volleyball postseason event will be behind a paywall, as the league is piloting this option for select Championships during the 2022-23 season.
