INDIANAPOLIS – University of Indianapolis graduate student Stefanie Markwardt and Missouri S&T sophomore Connor Bichsel have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Athletes of the Week in women’s and men’s swimming and diving, respectively, it was announced by the league office Wednesday.

- Swam to third-place finish in 100 LC Butterfly (1:01.92) against Division I competition
- Placed third in 50 LC Freestyle prelims (26.82)
- Earns first career Athlete of the Week Award
