ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Lewis University and Maryville University will face off for the 2024 Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Men's Soccer Championship title, as the two teams will kick off at 12 PM Central Time from Creve Coeur Park Soccer Complex in St. Louis, Mo., on Sunday afternoon.
The second-seeded Saints advanced on penalty kicks (7-6) in Friday's first semifinal game against third-seeded McKendree University, while the top-seeded Flyers defeated fourth-seeded University of Indianapolis, 2-1, in the second semifinal. This is the tenth time the top two seeds have met in the championship match and will be a rematch of the 2022 title game in which Maryville won 1-0 in double overtime.
