Four GLVC Volleyball Standouts Named to CSC Academic All-America Teams

AUSTIN, Texas – Four Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) student-athletes have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Volleyball Academic All-America® Teams on Tuesday. 

Rockhurst graduate student Maureen Reilly makes the 1st team Academic All-America team for the third straight year. The three-time GLVC Libero of the Year winner held a 4.00 cumulative GPA in Biochemistry during her undergraduate years and currently holds a 4.00 cumulative GPA in the MBA course at Rockhurst.

Quincy senior Emma Wijnbergen was also named to the 1st team Academic All-America team. The right-side hitter holds a 3.63 cumulative GPA in Criminal Justice and earned the GLVC Attacker of the Year honors in 2024.

Representing the league on the Third Team was Lewis graduate student middle hitter Bella Ray. Ray was a third-team honoree with a 3.99 GPA in Middle Level Education. She was a third-team honoree last season and was a second-team honoree in 2022.

Tera Reberry rounds out the GLVC honorees as she made the Third Team Academic All-America team. The graduate student from Rockhurst held a 3.94 cumulative GPA in Health Care Management during her undergraduate years and currently holds a 3.96 cumulative GPA in Medical Spanish. The right-side hitter was named to the All-GLVC First Team in 2024.
 
The Division II Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division II national governance structure to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Division II Academic All-America® program.
