Drury, SBU Take Home GLVC Cross Country Runner of the Week Accolades

INDIANAPOLIS – Drury junior Tyler Harris and Southwest Baptist sophomore Natalie Gerdes were named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Runners of the Week in men’s and women’s cross country, respectively, it was announced by the league office Tuesday.

Team Results: 15th/30 Teams (410 Points) at Chile Pepper XC Festival (10/4)
  • Finished 21st overall in 285-competitor field
    • Landed 6th for Division II runners
  • Recorded 8K time of 24:36.90
  • Led Drury to 15th-place finish to beat multiple DI teams
  • Earns second career Runner of the Week Award (9/18/24)
