GREENWOOD, Ind. – Three Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) women's soccer players were named Wednesday to the 2025 CSC Academic All-America® Division II Women's Soccer Teams, including Rockhurst’s Anna Lantz who was named CSC Academic All-America Team Member of the Year for the second year in a row, as selected by the College Sports Communicators on Wednesday.
Rockhurst senior forward Anna Lantz was named CSC Academic All-America Team Member of the Year, and earned a spot on the First Team, holding a perfect 4.0 GPA in her major of Molecular Biology. Lantz garnered the same award in 2024 after being named to the Third Team in 2023. Lantz continues to add to her postseason accolades after claiming Offensive Player of the Year honors in the GLVC, All-GLVC First Team honors, as well as D2CCA Second Team honors.
Missouri-St. Louis junior defender Taylor Martin was named to the Second Team as she currently holds a 3.87 GPA in Business Administration. Martin was also recognized as the GLVC Defensive Player of the Year, named to the All-GLVC First Team and was named a Third Team All-American by the United Soccer Coaches.
Missouri S&T’s sophomore forward Adriana Benassi was named to the Third Team, currently holding a 4.00 in mechanical engineering. Benassi was named a First team ALL-GLVC recipient and a D2CCA All-Midwest First Team honoree.
The Division II Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division II national governance structure to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Division II Academic All-America® program.
