Lewis Takes Homes Both GLVC Women’s Indoor Track & Field Weekly Honors

INDIANAPOLIS – Lewis junior Caitlyn O’Boyle and senior Denise Hernandez have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Athletes of the Week in women’s indoor track and field, it was announced by the league office Wednesday.

    • Currently ranked fourth in GLVC for 60m hurdles
  • Earns first career Indoor Field Athlete of the Week Award

  • Won long jump with leap of 6.00 meters (18’-8.25”), landing 0.01 meters short of her season-best mark
    • Currently ranked first in GLVC and fifth in Division II
  • Earns fifth career Indoor Field Athlete of the Week Award (2/26/25, 2/19/25, 1/15/25, 1/18/23)
