INDIANAPOLIS – The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) announced Tuesday a new partnership with eTeamSponsor, naming the organization the Official Institutional Funding Partner of the GLVC.
As part of the agreement, eTeamSponsor will provide GLVC member institutions with access to its institutional funding platform and resources. The partnership will also create opportunities for eTeamSponsor to connect directly with athletic administrators and coaches throughout the league.
“Addressing the financial challenges of funding intercollegiate athletics programs continues to be one of the most pressing issues our athletic directors encounter on a daily basis,” said GLVC Commissioner Jim Naumovich. “We believe partnering with eTeamSponsor has the potential to provide a new source of revenue to help alleviate some of these concerns, based on the success they’ve enjoyed with three of our current members.”
eTeamSponsor provides funding solutions designed specifically for schools, athletic departments, teams, and other student organizations. Its platform helps programs manage digital fundraising campaigns while providing tools for donor engagement and long-term revenue growth through one connected system.
“The GLVC and eTeamSponsor are built on the same belief that developing the next generation of leaders starts with giving every student-athlete the opportunity to succeed. Together, we can help member schools build a funding strategy that grows year after year and puts more resources behind their student-athletes.” - Sean Connors, CEO of eTeamSponsor
eTeamSponsor will also serve as the presenting sponsor of the Create Your Legacy Podcast, the Conference's new interview series highlighting individuals who have made an impact both during their time in the GLVC and in life beyond their collegiate careers.
