Maryville, MWSU Take Home GLVC Women’s Lacrosse Weekly Accolades

INDIANAPOLIS – Maryville senior attacker Helen Bae and Missouri Western junior goalkeeper Ava Garaway have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Players of the Week in women’s lacrosse, it was announced by the league office Monday.

  • Tallied 12 points on seven goals and five assists
    • Scored seven unassisted goals
  • Recorded a .800 (12-of-15) shots-on-goal percentage
  • Added 20 draw controls, eight ground balls, and one caused turnover
  • Highlighted by performance against #14 Regis, registering four scores, two assists, 13 draw controls, and four ground balls
  • Became Maryville’s all-time leader in points scored with 273, breaking the previous mark of 268 by Sydney Tiemann
  • Earns fifth career Offensive Player of the Week Award (4/21/25, 4/14/25, 3/3/25, 4/24/23)
