Lewis Grabs Both GLVC Men’s Lacrosse Weekly Honors

INDIANAPOLIS – Lewis duo of junior attacker Malikye Good and senior faceoff specialist Dylan Kendrick have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Players of the Week in men’s lacrosse, it was announced by the league office Monday. 
 
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Malikye Good, #9 Lewis

Team Result: 20-14 W vs. #15 Saint Leo (3/16) | 30-8 W at Quincy (3/21)
  • Tallied 14 points with seven goals and seven assists in two victories.
  • Set a new school record in points in a game with 12, when he potted six goals and provided six assists against Quincy
  • Scored one goal and added one assist in a ranked victory over #15 Saint Leo.
  • Added four ground balls
  • Earns fourth career Offensive Player of the Week Award (3/17/25, 3/10/25, 3/3/25)
  • Last Flyers’ Offensive Player of the Week: Paul Ruskoski (3/2/26)

  • Had 23 faceoff wins and 14 ground balls over two games
  • Won 10 face-offs and scooped six ground balls in the victory over Saint Leo.
  • Went 13-of-18 (72.2%) on face-offs against Quincy, adding eight ground balls and causing one turnover
  • Earns first career Defensive Player of the Week Award
