Conference standings are determined on the basis of the best percentage of overall conference matches won and lost in competition with other member institutions in regular season competition. Ties in the standings shall be settled by: (Multiple teams tied see 1.c.5)
- Conference match record – total competition
- Conference match results- head-to-head
- Conference game record – head-to-head
- Conference game record – total competition
- Point differential of conference match(es) between tied teams
- Point differential based on total conference competition. Point differential shall be determined by subtracting the total points lost from the total points won for each team. The highest plus or lowest minus remainder shall be considered the superior team for tie-breaking purposes. Conference match forfeits will be counted as 3-0 match victories and 25-0, 25-0, 25-0 game scores for conference standing purposes.
