She also acts as the league’s liaison to several key groups, including the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), Faculty Athletics Representatives (FARs), Health and Wellness Committee, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committees, and the Senior Woman Administrators (SWAs). Her responsibilities further extend to managing the Conference's budget and finances, Conference Grant Program, corporate sponsorships, championship event planning, human resources, internship program, merchandise and licensing contracts, professional development initiatives, implementation of the GLVC Strategic Plan, the Student-Athlete Leadership Summit, and volunteer coordination.

Prior to joining the GLVC, Hill served as Director of Operations for Track and Field and Cross Country at the University of Illinois. There, she managed daily operations, team budgets, and administrative tasks while serving as the primary liaison to departments including academics, admissions, compliance, equipment, event management, financial aid, and team travel.

From 2022 to 2024, Hill held a similar role at UCLA, where she was also Director of Operations for Track and Field and Cross Country. Previously, she served as UCLA’s Assistant Director of Travel Operations from 2019 to 2022, supporting 13 Olympic sports programs. In that role, she was responsible for administrative operations, travel logistics, hotel contracting, ground transportation, and catering.

Hill’s experience also includes time with USA Track & Field (USATF) as an International Teams Coordinator. There, she worked with collegiate, elite, and professional athletes, as well as Team USA staff, managing logistics for major events including the Olympic Games and World Championships. Her responsibilities included planning, travel coordination, site visits, onsite team processing set up and tear down, and collaboration with Local Organizing Committees, convention centers, and tourism bureaus.

A proud Indiana native, Hill is excited to be back home. She is a graduate of Lawrence North High School, where she was a member of the state championship-winning Girls Track and Field team. She continued her athletic and academic journey at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, competing in Track and Field and focused on a career interest in Sport Administration, graduating from the School of Education and Human Resources, Department of Kinesiology.

Hill is a proud Saluki alum who remains connected to her alma mater. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and four godchildren. Her parents, Alan and Jennett, still reside in Indianapolis, while her brother Preston and his wife Emma live on the East Coast.
