INDIANAPOLIS – The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) will be represented by 30 student-athletes at the 2025 NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships on March 13-15 in Indianapolis, Indiana at Fall Creek Pavilion.
16 men and 14 women comprise the GLVC student-athletes who were among 540 total qualifiers announced on Wednesday by the NCAA. In all, 270 competitors qualified on both the men's and women's side. Student-athletes qualified for the championships by reaching a provisional standard established for each event. The complete list of qualifiers is available at the NCAA link above, while heat sheets will be available at the same website by Monday, March 10.
For the men, Lincoln led the way with six qualifiers, including Emmanuel Rwotomiya, Wesley Tyndall, Malik Drummond, Sharim Hamilton, Reuben Nichols, and Clinton Laguerre. Indianapolis closely followed with five representatives: Josue Le Cadre, Alex Meyer, Josiah Adams, Tom Saint-Juvin, and Felix Rivet. Lewis is sending three student-athletes – Evan Horgan, Enoch Antwi, and Evan Horgan – while McKendree (Kierson Wicks), Truman State (Justin Moeller), and William Jewell (Bradan Dickinson) each have one competitor making the trip to nationals.
Lincoln also led all league members on the women's side with four participants, including Shantae George, Shevanae Thomas, Shaneal Clarke-Giddings, and Maria Diamond. Two teams had three qualifiers who included Indianapolis' Ellie Lengerich, Zoe Pentecost, and Audra Hogan, while Lewis' three members were Denise Hernandez, Brynlee Keeran, and Hannah Smrcka. Southwest Baptist is sending a pair of athletes – Collinique Farrington and Stephanique Dean – and Illinois Springfield (Maddie Miller) and Jewell (Cydney Banks) will have one representative apiece.
