S&T, Drury Earn First GLVC Women’s Soccer Player of the Week Recognition of the Season

INDIANAPOLIS – Missouri S&T sophomore forward Adriana Benassi and Drury junior goalkeeper Katy Fitzler have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Players of the Week in women’s soccer, it was announced by the league office Monday.

  • Scored two of S&T's seven goals in first two matches of the season
    • Added two assists and seven shots in 125 minutes played
  • Recorded a game-winning goal against Pitt State
  • Earns first career Offensive Player of the Week Award
  • Last Miners’ Offensive Player of the Week: Ally Hasken (10/10/22)

  • Earns first career Defensive Player of the Week Award
