INDIANAPOLIS – Maryville junior attacker Paige Murphy and Rockhurst junior defender Chony Garza have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Players of the Week in women’s lacrosse, it was announced by the league office Monday.

Paige Murphy, #8 Maryville

Team Result: 21-3 W at William Jewell (4/24) | 19-7 W at #24 Rockhurst (4/26)
- Tallied 18 points on 14 goals and four assists in two crucial GLVC wins.
- Helped Maryville secure the number two seed in 2026 GLVC Tournament
- Potted eight goals and one assist in the victory over William Jewell
- Scored six goals and had three assists in a pivotal win over Rockhurst, which earned the Saints the number two seed.
- Her 90 goals on the season are the third most by a Saint in a single season.
- Added eight draw controls, four ground balls, and two caused turnovers
- Earns second career Offensive Player of the Week Award (2/17/26)
