Rockhurst, MWSU Take Home GLVC Women’s Lacrosse Weekly Honors

INDIANAPOLIS – Rockhurst senior attacker Elise Magee and Missouri Western junior goalie Ava Garaway have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Players of the Week in women’s lacrosse, it was announced by the league office Monday. 
 
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Major: Biology (Pre-Med)
Team Result: 16-5 W at William Jewell (4/4)
  • Tallied eight points on six goals and two assists in a rivalry win over William Jewell.
  • Recorded an 85.7% (six-of-seven) shots-on-goal percentage
  • Scored five goals unassisted with two coming from free position attempts.
  • Added one ground ball
  • Earns second career Offensive Player of the Week Award (2/17/25)
