INDIANAPOLIS – The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) released their latest Division II Top 25 Poll Wednesday with only one Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) team ranked this week.
Illinois Springfield vaulted up into the Top 10 this week, up five spots from No. 13 to No. 8. The Prairie Stars are on a 15-game winning streak currently and hold a 33-6 record on the season. UIS is the No. 1 team ranked in the Midwest Region as well.
