Four league players found themselves on the First Team, led by the Rockhurst trio of GLVC Defensive Player of the Year Mattia Petricca, midfielder Kaden Cripe, and defender Asier Olano. The Conference's Offensive Player of the Year, Lincoln forward Kevon Maitland, joined the trio in earning first-team honors.

Six others were named to the region's Second Team, led by the Rockhurst duo of forward Immanuel Wayoro and defender Noah Brende. Lincoln defender Adam Griffiths, Maryville forward Sebastian Weitlaner, Missouri S&T midfielder Joao Vieira, and Upper Iowa midfielder Alejandro Sanchez rounded out the second-team honors.

The 13 first-team All-Region selections will now be placed on the national ballot for All-America consideration.
