ROMEOVILLE, Ill. – Four Champions were crowned were set on Thursday’s opening day of the 2025 Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Outdoor Track and Field Championships, which are being held at Lewis Stadium on the campus of Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.
Women’s Hammer Throw
- University of Indianapolis’ Zoe Pentecost won the title for the third year in a row, and fourth overall, tossing a provisional mark of 61.35m (201’-4”)
- Pentecost’s Greyhound teammate Audra Hogan secured silver (55.85, 183-3) with a NCAA Provo score.
- William Jewell College’s Bobbie Pollard secured third with a provisional toss of 53.15 (174-5).
- William Jewell’s Cydney Banks and Indianapolis’ MaKenna Maschino also secured provisional marks
Men’s Hammer Throw
- Lewis University’s Levi Graham took home the gold with an NCAA provisional throw of 63.46 (208-3)
- Missouri S&T’s Owen Fraser was runner-up with an NCAA provisional toss of 61.16 (200-8)
- Cameron Smith from Indianapolis placed third (56.63-185-10)
Women’s 10,000-Meter Run
- Lewis’ Madilyn Calloway earned a DII provisional mark as well as a GLVC title when she ran a time of 36:11.54
- Another Flyer in Josephine Bober placed second with a time of 36:25.72
- Olivia Littleton of Southwest Baptist University rounded out the podium with a time of 37:05.28.
Men’s 10,000-Meter Run
- Drury University’s Tyler Harris placed first with a time of 31:10.26
- Lewis’ Zach Dunn (31:15.78) was close behind as the runner-up.
- Topi Alahuhta (31:17.61) of Drury clocked in at third.
Women’s Heptathlon
- Indianapolis’ senior Ellie Lengerich (2,955) holds the lead through the first half of the event.
Men’s Decathlon
- Truman State University’s Justin Moeller leads the men's decathlon with 2,963 points through the first half of the event.

The top-three finishers in all finals events were named All-Conference honorees.
The combined events will kick off the day again on Friday morning at 9 AM Central Time and run throughout the afternoon to their conclusions. In the field events, the men and women will compete in the finals of the long jump and pole vault. Elsewhere, the women will complete the shot put, while the men finish the day with discus.
Running events commence at 3:30 PM with prelims of the 100- and 110-meter hurdles. The 100-, 200-, 400-, and 800-meter races are scheduled throughout the day, along with the 400-meter hurdles, while the men's and women's 3,000-meter steeplechase finals will begin at 7:10 PM in the nightcap.
