INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA has announced the field of 80 teams and 32 student-athletes competing as individuals that have been selected to participate in regional competition of the 2026 NCAA Division II Men’s Golf Championships, which includes three Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) teams and two individuals. Regional play will be conducted May 7-9, with the Central/Midwest Regional taking place at the Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids Michigan, with Ferris State serving as host.
Missouri S&T is the third seed, while GLVC Champion Missouri-St. Louis is seeded fourth, and Rockhurst is seeded fifth. Drury duo of Gaige Lewis and Ellton Bostrom claimed two of the four individual selections in the region.
This is Missouri S&T's fourth-straight selection. The Tritons are set to make their 20th postseason trip, including 13th-straight and 14th in the last 15 years. Rockhurst makes their debut at the regional event. Lewis and Bostrom are the first Drury golfers since 2019 to be selected for the regional event.
At a minimum, the top three teams and the top two student-athletes not with a team from each regional will advance to the finals, May 18-22, at the Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada.
