On the men's side, Lewis moved up to No. 11 from No. 16 after winning the GLVC Championship, while Illinois Springfield was runner-up at the event and rewarded with its first-ever national ranking at No. 14. The Prairie Stars had previously spent the last couple of weeks receiving votes outside the top 30. Southern Indiana placed third at Conference and went from No. 12 to No. 15.
