INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA has announced the field of 72 teams and 24 student-athletes competing as individuals that have been selected to participate in regional competition of the 2025 NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championships, which includes six Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) teams and two individuals. Regional play will be conducted May 8-10, with the East Regional taking place at the The Meadows Golf Course in Allendale, Michigan.
 
GLVC Champion Indianapolis is the No. 4 seed, while Missouri-St. Louis is seeded third. Drury, McKendree and Maryville are slotted in next to each other at No. 11, 12 and 13, respectively, with Illinois Springfield making up the conference representation. William Jewell's Abby Wolff and Rockhurst’s Grace Claney earned the fourth and sixth spots respectively for individual qualifiers.
UIndy heads to the NCAA Tournament for the 18th consecutive time, while UMSL will make its 145h-straight appearance. This will be the Panthers’ fourth trip to the NCAA Regional, for the Bearcats' this will be their third appearance in the NCAA Regional, Maryville will be making their NCAA Regional debut, while the Prairie Stars makes their sixth trip. Wolff will be the first Cardinal to make the trip since 2017, while Claney is the first Hawk individual since 2009.
