INDIANAPOLIS – University of Indianapolis won its league-record eighth Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Football Championship after defeating Truman State University on Saturday at Key Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind., to give the Greyhounds a perfect 6-0 league record.
Fourteenth-ranked UIndy earned a 28-14 comeback win against 20th-ranked Truman State on a cold, snowy afternoon. The Greyhounds erased a 14-point halftime deficit to capture its first GLVC title since the 2021 spring season.
Both being ranked in Super Region 3, UIndy and Truman will await details on securing a bid to the NCAA Playoffs Sunday evening at 5:30 PM Eastern Time on
