INDIANAPOLIS – The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) released Tuesday the bracket for the 2026 GLVC Men’s Volleyball Championship Tournament. Regular Season Champion Maryville earned the No. 1 overall seed, while Rockhurst gleaned the second seed, Missouri S&T was tabbed as the 3-seed, and Roosevelt claimed the 4-seed. The tournament is being held in St. Louis, Mo., at Maryville University for the. The tournament starts on Saturday, Apr. 25, and goes through Sunday, Apr. 26.
The four-team tournament is seeded 1-4 based on Conference winning percentage with ties broken pursuant to GLVC Handbook Section 1 and 16.
Semifinal 1: #1 Maryville vs. #4 Roosevelt | 3:00 PM CT
- Maryville went 17-7 overall and 12-2 in GLVC action during the regular season, earning a share of the GLVC Regular Season title.
- Maryville earned the number one seed by a 5-4 set record against Rockhurst
- Roosevelt went 16-10 overall and 8-6 in GLVC action during the regular season.
- The Saints beat the Lakers, 3-1 (25-20, 22-25, 25-15, 25-18) and 3-1 (25-16, 25-20, 23-25, 25-22), in Chicago on Apr. 3 and 4.
Semifinal 2: #2 Rockhurst vs. #3 Missouri S&T | 6:00 PM CT
- Rockhurst went 19-11 overall and 12-2 in GLVC action during the regular season, earning a share of the GLVC Regular Season title.
- Rockhurst lost the tiebreaker to Maryville due to a 5-4 set record that favored Maryville.
- Missouri S&T went 17-6 overall and 11-3 in GLVC action during the regular season.
- The Hawks and Miners split the season series with Rockhurst winning 3-2 (21-25, 25-18, 25-21, 21-25, 16-14) on Mar. 12 and Missouri S&T winning 3-2 (25-17, 22-25, 25-22, 18-25, 15-13) on Mar. 13 in Rolla.
The winners of the semifinal matches will face each other on Sunday, Apr. 26 at 12:30 PM for a shot at being crowned 2026 GLVC Men’s Volleyball Champions.
